Kahoo ramen shop in San Jose
When Hideki came by before taking off for his Peru/Bolivia adventure, he had to satisfy his craving for ramen. So Kahoo got the honor and it did not disappoint. We both ordered a spicy ramen although mine was a regular and his was a miso. I must have been hungry because I even forgot to take a picture. The broth was really tasty and not too spicy (it must have been the tourist version). The vegetables blended very well and the noodles were properly cooked. I am starting to like Halu's noodles better, but Kahoo has that hole-in-the-wall feel that is captivating. If you like ramen, I recommend that you give Kahoo a try.
