I was born and grew up in Milan, Italy and moved to the United States to complete my education. After obtaining my MBA, I have worked as a
marketing and sales manager for several years. As I experienced the value of information and the productivity enhancements that result from
process automation, I learned the skills necessary to automate my department first and my business next. It started with client/server applications
using Microsoft Access and SQL Server and developed into e-commerce web sites and web services.
